Nathaniel Marston
Mr. Marston is a licensed California real estate broker and lawyer. A third-generation Angeleno, he grew up in North Hollywood, attended Harvard High School (now Harvard-Westlake), earned his Bachelor of Arts from Hamilton College in Northern New York, and received his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
He owns and operates Hunter Management as a service to residential and commercial landlords looking for an all-in-one solution to all of their management and legal needs for their rental properties.
His real estate practice covers residential and commercial purchase and sale disputes, specific performance and rescission claims, title, easement, and boundary issues, quiet title and partition actions, fraud, co-ownership disputes, commercial lease and other real estate contract matters, and real estate financing and secured transaction conflicts. He also represents court-appointed receivers and partition referees in the administration, management, and disposition of real property, bringing practical, results-oriented judgment to each engagement.
